At the most recent General Committee meeting held at Matlock on Monday 10th September 2018 those members present unanimously accepted the contents of the document below as the proposal for change to be put to the membership for approval to proceed at the October General meeting to be held on 6th October 2018. To ensure that members have the opportunity to see these proposals prior to the meeting the document for approval is available now by clicking on the link below.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with this proposal prior to the October meeting, which unfortunately I shall be unable to attend so this meeting will be chaired by the Vice President.
