Who we are
We are a group of about 650 bell ringers in Derbyshire (or the Diocese of Derby) who meet to ring and socialise together, give support and training, promote bell ringing and provide bell ringing advice.
The association is divided among four districts: Central, Chesterfield, Peak, and Southern, and is managed by a small group of principal officers.
EVENTS are organised for the districts or the whole association (see the diary). We also manage the competition for the W W Worthington Memorial Trophy.
DERBYSHIRE YOUNG RINGERS meet monthly and enter a team in the annual Ringing World National Youth Contest
HELP is provided for recruitment & public relations, training, safeguarding, bell maintenance and repair
INSURANCE arranged for members – covers personal accident and public liability while ringing
