Please note the most recent advice from the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers (CCCBR), the crux of which is “Following further discussions with the Church of England Recovery Group, there is no longer a blanket restriction on ringing in Tiers 2 and 3 in England”. As you will see in this News Release they refer to their Standing Guidance and in particular their guidance notes linked on that page which have been revised recently! Please re-look at these!
Derbyshire County Council have also recently launched a postcode checker for up to date Covid advice in your area. So if you are in one of the higher Tiers currently please re-check the CCCBR guidance before making any decision to return to ringing.
