Error Report

Before you submit your report, please check the following:

• I can't amend details for my tower. Please make sure you are logged in using your tower@derbyda.org.uk email address. This is a pre-registered ID linked to your tower, and only this ID has the correct permissions.

• I keep getting 'Access Denied' whenever I try to do anything. You need to have cookies enabled to login to WordPress. More information at this article. Please note that we only use essential session cookies, for which GDPR consent is not needed.

• I'm having difficulty logging in. You need to use your correct User ID or email address, if not you will be blocked for 1 hour (just in case you are actually trying to hack in to our system). First, please use the Lost Password link. If this fails, provide your full name, current address, post code,and which tower you ring at so we can verify you are a bona fide DDA member.
