responsible for the Tower, the Parish Safeguard is not a leader of a
‘Group’. Updated guidance issued.

Training to be completed – awaiting response.

Since the AGM more members are receiving communications via
Association email system.
Following the comments made by members at the AGM regarding
publishing parts of the Annual Report prior to the AGM it was agreed
that the Accounts (BRF and Association); President report, General
Secretary report, PRO report would be published on the web prior to the
AGM and removed afterward.
A check list of events/details to be included in the Annual Report
created.

80th Anniversary
celebrations

An initial meeting had been held. Consideration
of having all towers pen over first 2 weekends in May, but it was
decided that this would be unworkable instead may be a few towers
over a couple of routes should be considered.
It was pointed out that 80th anniversary does not have the same ‘ring’ as
75th, which had to be cancelled due to Covid.
Suggestions included a pin badge and tea shirts, ringing a quarter peal
at each tower and a book recording all ringers who participated.
It was thought that a lunch or evening meal would not have the
necessary support.
A photographic record from the 50th anniversary
was available for ideas.
